Available Positions:



Part Time: 16 to 25 hours weekly.

Compensation: DOE $26.00/Hr to $32.00/Hr 


In Office: Two to Three days per week (Flexible weekdays upon hiring Tuesday- Friday)

Remote: 1-3 hours weekly


The Clinic/Office Manager oversees employees and operations at the front desk, manages back of house operations inlcuding ordering and staffing schedules, insurance credentialing and provides support to our Billing Specialist. 

Required Qualifications:

- Excellent customer service, organization, multitasking and prioritization skills. Clear communication skills verbally and written.

- CPR certification

Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelors in Business Management, Communications or related field

- 2+ years experience in healthcare Clinic/Office Management

- Spanish Language Proficiency

This position includes and is not limited to:

  • Manage Patient Service Representative(s)

  • Manage front desk operations including scheduling

  • Perform front of house operations as needed including:

    • Answer phones, check messages, scanning, data entry, uploading insurance info, collecting co-pays, tracking referrals and cancellations, etc. as needed

  • General administrative support to our nurses and providers during clinic days

  • Managing and clinical staff schedules, time off and sick leave

  • Managing and Maintaining licensed staff credentialing

  • Managing clinic supplies and lab ordering

  • Troubleshooting insurance rejections & claim concerns

  • Managing client service recovery

  • Overseeing PWAL social media

Additional benefits:

  • Sick Time accrued in accordance with Washington State Paid Sick Leave at a rate of 1 hour per 40 hours worked.
