Meet The Team
Elizabeth Jones
ARNP, FNP-BC, IBCLC
Liz is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Liz is highly trained in the identification and treatment of infant oral restriction (lip and tongue tie) and performs laser frenectomy. Liz’s journey with lactation started after the birth of her daughter when she discovered a large gap in perinatal lactation support and care. Encountering vastly different lactation journeys between her two children, Liz identifies with the struggles and victories of chest/breastfeeding.
Her goal is to provide gentle and individualized lactation support and education. She believes parents are the experts in the care of their infant(s), and she works with families to achieve goals based on individual expectations and values. Her goal is to provide inclusive care to ensure optimal lactation support and improved access for all.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys exploring the pacific northwest with her husband and two kids, traveling to warm places, and spending time with friends and family.

Juliana Johnson ARNP, FNP-C, IBCLC
Juliana is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant. Her tenured, nursing experience involves caring for clients in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and homes. Juliana is specialized in complex infant feeding problems, infant tongue tie and sleep consulting and prioritizes continuing education to incorporate evidence and science based recommendations into every visit. Juliana has advanced training in the identification and treatment of infant oral restriction and performs infant laser frenectomy for tongue and lip ties in office. She enjoys working with parents, providing tools and solutions to help them find healthy routines that fit their needs. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University. She received her Masters in Nursing in 2023, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
When not working, she loves to spend time with her 5 children and husband, enjoying the outdoors and traveling.

Jennifer Millich
ARNP, FNP-C, IBCLC
Jennifer is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner, and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and specializes in hands on support for infants and new parents. Jennifer has extensive training in craniosacral therapy and somatic processing and uses this technique regularly in combination with gentle lactation support. She is also highly trained in evaluation, identification and treatment of tongue tie and, along with performing laser frenectomy for lip and tongue ties, provides parent education, guidance and instruction on latch techniques at breast and bottle in the presence of infant oral restriction. When away from work you can find Jennifer in her garden, cultivating her many flowers, caring for her animals including chickens and dogs and cooking with her two kids and husband.

BreAnne Marcucci ARNP, FNP-C, IBCLC, PMH-C
BreAnne is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Perinatal Mental Health Certified. She dedicates her practice to holistic and gentle care and has a special passion for lactation, careful identification and treatment of infant oral restrictions (lip-tie, tongue-tie) and perinatal mental health. BreAnne looks at each family individually and emphasizes the importance of tailored specific care to meet the needs of her clients. She has extensive training in infant oral restriction including completion of the ALSC Laser Dentistry, Laser Surgery and Laser Safety Studies. When she is not at the clinic she enjoys a hobby garden, plant identification, listening to science fiction novels and spending time with her two children and husband at home in their backyard rain or shine.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Pacific Lutheran University and is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Additionally BreAnne has advanced training in perinatal mental health and is Certified through Perinatal Support International.

Kristina Chamberlain
ARNP, CNM, IBCLC
Kristina Chamberlain is a graduate of the University of Washington and has been working with breastfeeding families for over 15 years. As a Certified Nurse-Midwife and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, she found postpartum and breastfeeding support to be lacking, so she focused her work on providing the best lactation and breastfeeding care to her patients. Her clinical experience includes working inpatient and outpatient in hospitals, private practice, and home visits.
In addition to her clinical work, she is the Clinical Program Director and Lead Faculty for the Lactation Programs at UC San Diego Extension Program. She believes in the need for more lactation consultants because every breastfeeding family deserves one! In her spare time, she is attending her kids’ sports events and learning how to become a beekeeper.

Michaelah McAnelly
BSN, RN, IBCLC
Michaelah is a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She earned her BSN in Oklahoma before moving to the Seattle area and serving 4 years as an active duty Army Nurse. She has over 8 years of experience working in maternal child health- including labor and delivery, postpartum and lactation care. Through her experience she has developed a passion for supporting families through their feeding journey. She is certified as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant by the IBLCE.
In her free time Michaelah enjoys being outdoors- traveling, hiking, jogging, or spending time with her husband and their 3 boys.

Carly Chang-Bocanegra BSN, RN, IBCLC
Carly is a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Her background is in public health nursing, providing empathetic care to parents and infants of all backgrounds. In Southern California she conducted home visits for high-risk low-income families of color with new babies, assisted with vaccination efforts for people experiencing homelessness, and led triage teams for refugee families stuck at the southern border. She is passionate about supporting all families with feeding difficulties so they can meet their goals and enjoy their babies.
Carly lives in Seattle and likes to walk, bike, and thrift with her husband, watch comedy shows, create playlists like 60s soul or Spanish trap, and admire her many house plants.

Maggie Moormeier
BSN, RN, IBCLC, PMH-C
Maggie is a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Maggie has advanced training in mental health and is Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) by Perinatal Support International. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and in Therapeutic Psychology. She has 10 years of experience providing feeding care and support to parents and babies in varied settings including hospital, and outpatient clinic settings. Maggie offers a warm and observant eye to new mothers and parents, gently guiding, offering support that focuses on personalized goals. Maggie loves babies and specializes in twin feedings and postpartum mental health advocacy.
In her free time, you can find Maggie on a sunrise Peleton ride, trying out a new restaurant with her husband, power walking, or taking her 3 girls on an adventure.

Tessa Brusberg RN, CLE
Tessa is a registered nurse, certified lactation educator, birth and postpartum doula, and a perinatal educator. She discovered her passion for all things pregnancy, birth and baby at a young age and has worn many different hats throughout her career, always supporting new families through the many transitions associated with a new baby. Tessa is dedicated to providing compassionate, inclusive care to every patient. She believes that every feeding journey is unique, and that with the right support and information, every family can feed their baby in a way that is worth celebrating.
Joanna Kim BSN, RN, IBCLC
Joanna is a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, completing over 90 hours of lactation specific education. Joanna has years of experience working in a level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and trauma center. She specialized in caring for premature and medically fragile infants including babies born less than 27 weeks and weighing less than 1,000g. Joanna is highly trained in bottle feeding difficulties of the premature newborn and has expertise in bottle to breast feeding. Her goal is to provide support and help parents gain confidence with feeding techniques in a non stressful manner for beginner/difficult feeders.
In her free time, Joanna enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, eating, hiking, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Emma Fischbein BSN, RN, IBCLC
Emma is a Registered Nurse and Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She has a professional background in psychiatric and mental health nursing with diverse populations throughout the life span, and is experienced in understanding and supporting individuals through various life stages and challenges.
Driven by a passion for perinatal care, Emma has transitioned her focus to providing invaluable support to families during this crucial period. She strives to integrate her expertise in mental health into her work as a lactation consultant, recognizing the profound impact it can have on the well-being of both parents and newborns. Emma is committed to offering gentle, judgment-free care to individuals and families who seek support, ensuring that every individual feels valued and supported on their breastfeeding journey.
